At Sarah Louise Bridal we now offer two ways to find your wedding dress, allowing every bride to choose the experience that suits her timeline, style and budget.

Made To Order is our classic bridal experience, where you explore our designer collections and choose a gown that will be created especially for you in your chosen size and colour.

The Instant Edit is our curated collection of boutique sample gowns available to purchase off the peg and take home the very same day.

Whether you’re dreaming of a gown made just for you, or hoping to find your dress instantly, both experiences offer the same private appointment setting with your own private bar, stylist and fitting suite.

A Made To Order appointment is our traditional bridal experience where you explore our full designer collections and select the gown that will be made especially for you.

During your appointment, you’ll work one-to-one with a dedicated stylist in your private fitting suite to discover the silhouettes, fabrics and designers that feel most like you. Once you find your dress, it will be ordered in your chosen size and colour and crafted specifically for your wedding day.

Our made-to-order gowns start from £1200, with an average order time of 3–8 months depending on the designer.

This experience is perfect for brides who want to explore the latest collections and enjoy the excitement of choosing a dress that will be made just for them.

The Instant Edit is our curated collection of boutique sample gowns available to purchase off the peg and take home the same day.

These gowns have been lovingly tried on by brides discovering their style in our boutique. As new collections arrive each season, we make space for fresh designs, giving these beautiful dresses the opportunity to find their bride.

Each gown is offered at a significantly reduced price, typically between £499 and £999, and while not brand new, they remain in beautiful wearable condition.

With limited pieces available, every dress is unique and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

The Instant Edit is perfect for brides with a shorter timeline, those looking for exceptional value, or anyone who simply loves the idea of finding their dress and taking it home instantly.

INSTANT EDIT

We have space to accommodate up to 4 guests during our Instant Edit appointments. 

Finding your dream dress is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, so we recommend bringing the people whose opinions you trust most and who you’ll want by your side when you say yes to the dress. It’s an exciting, emotional moment that’s hard to recreate, so having your most important people there to celebrate with you makes it even more special.

It can be helpful to wear a strapless bra in nude or ivory, but don’t worry if you’d prefer to remove it during your appointment to get a better idea of how the dress will look. If you usually wear Spanx or shaping underwear, feel free to bring or wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

On the day of your appointment, feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early. This gives you a little time to settle in and take a look through the rails in our showroom before we begin your bridal experience. 

Our appointments last around 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the collection and discover the styles that feel most like you. Most brides try on around 6–8 gowns during their appointment, allowing us to narrow down your favourites, find the one, and start bringing your full bridal look together.
